​                                              Frequently Asked Questions
1.  Is pre-registration/registration required and is there a fee to attend this event?   

           No registration is required  but helpful and there is no fee to attend.  


2.  Where can I park?  There is plenty of free, on-site parking.  Handicap parking is available
     
at the front (on both sides) and at the rear of the building.

3.   Since this event is being held in a Church meetinghouse, will I need to listen to
       presentations about their faith?  There is no proselyting at this event.  However, if you do
      have questions about the Church, members will happy to answer them.
    
4.   Is there a dress code?  We suggest comfortable clothing so you can enjoy the classes. We do ask 

      that it be appropriately tasteful and modest (no offensive slogans on T-shirts, no revealing 

      clothing, etc) as it the event is being held in a church building.

5.    Do I have to stay for the whole event or can I come for just a few classes.  You are welcome to       

       come  for the entire event or come only for those topics that interest you.  Any of the Staff will be

       happy to answer questions and provide directions to classrooms.

6.   What about lunch?  We will not be serving any lunch but will have water available.

 **Note: We respectfully request that no alcohol, tobacco, coffee, or tea be used on Church  premises.

7.    What should I bring?   You may wish to bring a pen and a writing pad for taking notes.  Many 

        of the teachers will have handouts so you may also wish to bring a folder in which to collect

        them. Feel free to bring your computer to take notes.

8.   Will the Family History Center be open for me to work on my own research that day?     

      The Family History Center will be having 1 hours classes for each of the four hours. The 

       Center will be closed for "regular" use that day. We invite you to visit any Family History     

       Center during its regular hours of operation to work on your research.
